Autumn Brew Review: The premier brew fest in Minnesota. Sponsored by the Minnesota Craft Brewer's Guild, this brew fest is one you can't miss!

Beer Judging: We conduct study sessions for the Beer Judging Certification Program and administer the test. Contact MHBA for more informatiuon.

Competitions: The club co-sponsors competitions each year. The only current competition scheduled is the Renaissance Festival Competition held over Labor Day Weekend at the Festival.

The Minnesota Home Brewer's Association and the St. Paul Homebrewer's Club host the Upper Mississippi Mash-Out, a AHA/BJCP sanctioned competition that's also a qualifying event for the High Plains Brewer of the Year award!

Campout: Every year we have a campout with other area clubs.

Great Taste of the Midwest: Regarding the Great Taste of the Midwest, It's always on the second Saturday in August, from 1 to 6 p.m. Tickets often sell out and are not sold at the gate. See the web site at hbd.org/mhtg/.

National Homebrew Day: This day of community celebration of homebrewing also includes an internet chat on the Brew Rat Chat site, www.brewrats.org, so log on to find out what is happening at other brewsites around the globe. Most of the Big Brew material is already up in the homebrewing section of www.beertown.org. We will have the registration and remittance pages again to record the results, so that local homebrewers and the hobby of homebrewing gets as much press as we can generate.
